Behind every brand lies a human story or, in Rödel’s case, quite a procession of them.

So who stands behind Rödel today? I shall come to my own story shortly. But first, allow me to introduce the remarkable people, places and occasional twists of fate that have shaped more than two centuries of Rödel history.
